Privacy
What we know about you. In short: almost nothing.
Updated: 17 October 2026
Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is VACUSERV S.R.L. (VAT RO328599, Trade Register J40/4846/1991, 30 Hristo Botev Blvd., Apt. 3, Sector 3, Bucharest), the company through which Karmin projects are invoiced. The messages you send us are read and handled by the two of us: Blaj Nicolae Petru and Mara Lăzărescu. Our phone numbers are on the contact page.
What data we receive
Only what you send us: your name, a phone number or email and what you need — by phone, WhatsApp or email.
The form on the contact page doesn’t send anything to any server: it opens WhatsApp with your message ready. If you send it, the message reaches us through WhatsApp, a Meta service, under their terms.
If you email us, your message reaches our mailbox at Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation), our email provider, which stores it for us.
Why
To reply to you and, if we work together, to carry out the project. The legal basis is your consent (which you give by ticking the box and sending the message) and, once we sign, the contract.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation or the project lasts. If we don’t end up working together, we delete the conversation within 12 months at most. Anything related to invoices is kept for as long as the law requires.
What we don’t do
We don’t use analytics, ad pixels or tracking cookies. We don’t sell or give your data to anyone. The fonts and all the site’s files are hosted by us, not loaded from third parties.
What is saved in your browser
A single cookie, “limba”, if you choose a language from the menu — so the site greets you in it next time. It is kept for one year.
When you switch language, your browser remembers for a few seconds where you were on the page, to take you back to the same spot. It goes nowhere.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any server, Cloudflare sees visitors’ IP addresses in order to send them the pages and to stop attacks.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted. Write to us or call us. If you’re not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or to the authority in your country.
